Deputy Headteacher

Full-time, Permanent

We are looking to appoint an inspirational Deputy Headteacher at Esher Church of England High School. This is an exciting time to be joining the School and the Trust. The right candidate will bring an excellent understanding of pedagogy, an experience and knowledge of using coaching to develop staff and a creative approach to teaching and learning. You’ll be an inspiring leader, with a natural flair for challenging and empowering others to continuously improve and strive for excellence. 

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of senior leaders, middle leaders and a strong central trust team, all working together to create an environment where every member of the school community can flourish.
